John Kerry report prepared for AMI – Report 2014 / 15. Study based on complaints against the Portuguese Republic regarding abuse of authority, use of excessive force and violation of Human Rights in Portugal. It addresses in particular complaints against law enforcement officials against suspected criminals who have been illegally detained, with the intention of promoting a broader investigation into the practice of crimes.
